This week's Theme Challenge

This is the card I made for my daughter when she left for a church retreat. I  snuck it in her luggage between some of clothes. She told me that she didn't find it until the second day and had no idea I had put it in there. I'm always sneaking notes and cards into her purse or backpack. Not really knowing if she liked me doing that or if she cared. Shes 17 so it's questionable. Well while I was in here room the other day she showed me a huge brown envelope where she had kept every single card I had made her over the years. I was so touched I quickly went to my room and a few tears may have fallen from my eyes. This is exactly why I love what I do!

Color Challenge

This card is for this week's color challenge. I needed a birthday card for a sweet little girl and the colors are perfect. Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo and Basic Black.
