Theme Challenge
This week's Theme Challenge is Graduation! To make this card I used the new Eastern Palace Speciality Designer Series Paper, Eastern Palace Mini Tassles, Large Letters, Large Numbers and Gold Foil Sheets. This week you can get your hands on the new Eastern Palace Suite a whole month before it's released in the 2017-2018 Stampin' Up! cartalog.
